Patricia Treffert, MSN, RN
Senior Property Administrator
Pat of
Thiensville has over 15 years of experience caring for
seniors. She has a Masters Degree from Marquette
University and spent eight years of her career as a
Nursing Home Administrator. In addition to her
most recent position as a manager of a Home Care and
Hospice Agency, she spent seven years as Director of
Operations for an Assisted Living company. Pat coordinates the
Wellness Center and focuses on keeping residents healthy
and active.
Joyce Peters
Activity and Volunteer Coordinator
Joyce Peters came
to Willowbrook Place from St. Mary's Hospital. Before
that she worked with seniors as an Assistant Manager for
an Assisted Living Facility. She also worked as a
Resident Care Coordinator at Cedar Gardens. She is
creative, innovative and has a great sense of humor.
Joyce genuinely enjoys working with seniors and it is
apparent!
Juanita
Dauss
Housekeeping Coordinator
Juanita
started caring and cleaning people's homes in
1985. She has many clients, some of whom she has
had for years. Juanita has worked for the company
in various capacities over the past five years and has a
love for seniors. She and her husband have a
cottage up north and they enjoy fishing and relaxing at
the lake.

Darrell Yates
Maintenance
Technician
Darrell has experience
as a distributor of oxygen to nursing homes, years as a
factory worker and many skills. He has a great sense of
humor, an abundance of patience and is an avid
fisherman and hunter. He has been at Willowbrook
Place for nearly two years.
Lisa Brost
Leasing & Housekeeping
Lisa assists Juanita with the housekeeping and also
helps in the office on weekends. She is friendly
and efficient and the residents love her! She
enjoys spending time with her family and her dog and
lives in West Bend. She loves working with seniors
and it is evident by her smile and her willingness
to be of assistance.
